Talent? It has nothing to do with talent, our dough making process is an artform that our Famiglia perfected. Our Nonno, a pizzaiolo, left Little Italy-NY and was frustrated when he relocated, he was unable to replicate the dough he made daily. He decided to add IPA to his recipe, and with the IPA addition, our Nonno's crust tasted just like NY again.
